Configurable .686 barrel system for the IntruBuster Gen 2

This Mercury Rise aluminum barrel system lets you select the barrel length and muzzle configuration that fits your IntruBuster Gen 2 setup. The precision .686-inch bore and extended-length options are designed to improve projectile fit, consistency, and manufacturer-stated output while keeping the assembly lightweight.

Construction and fit

• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum
• .686-inch barrel bore
• 22 mm muzzle threads
• Compatible with the Mercury Rise IntruBuster IB68 Gen 2 .68 caliber launcher

Barrel length choices

Choose 4.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 11.5 inches. Select None when ordering only a muzzle accessory or extension.

Muzzle and extension choices

• None: barrel only
• Cover: thread protector for a clean muzzle finish
• M4 Muzzle: carbine-style muzzle brake
• Reaper: 6-inch, .750-bore counterbored barrel extension styled as a mock suppressor; manufacturer states an approximate 10 to 15 percent, or 7 to 12 joule, output increase
• Special Ops: mock suppressor that recesses over approximately 3.5 inches of barrel and is optimized for 8- and 9-inch barrels
• MK23 II SOCOM: long mock suppressor that recesses over approximately 8 inches and is best suited to the 11.5-inch barrel

What you receive

The package includes only the barrel and muzzle or extension selected in the product options. The launcher, projectiles, air system, and any unselected components are not included.

Choose the recommended barrel length for recessed muzzle devices and confirm clearance before use. Output claims are manufacturer estimates and will vary with pressure, projectile, seals, temperature, and launcher condition.
