The Hytera BP2403 Lithium-Polymer Battery is engineered for reliable and long-lasting operation. This battery delivers up to 24 hours of performance on a single charge with a 5/5/90 duty cycle. The BP2403 pairs with the HP7 series of radios.
This smart battery includes advanced technology that optimizes battery performance and longevity including:
Extended Battery Life: The smart battery provides key parameters to optimize the charging curve, extend battery lifespan, and maximize its performance over many charge cycles.
Enhanced Safety: Built-in smart technology actively manages the charge and discharge processes, preventing overcharging, overheating, and other hazardous conditions.
The BP2403 is a 2400 mAh Lithium-Polymer smart battery with a 7.7 V nominal voltage that weighs 3.9 oz and is rated for over 500 charge cycles. It is IP68-rated and has an operating temperature range of -4ºF to 140ºF.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
BATTERY REPLACEMENT: For optimal performance and reliability, it is recommended to replace two-way radio batteries every two years or when a noticeable decrease in operating time occurs.
BATTERY CHARGING: To maximize performance, always turn radios OFF before charging. Leaving them on can degrade the battery and may void your warranty.
To ensure reliability and protect your investment, use only genuine Hytera batteries with your Hytera DMR and PoC radios. The use of unapproved third-party batteries may cause damage to your radio and will void the warranty.
INTRINSICALLY SAFE BATTERIES: For use in hazardous environments where explosive dust and gas are present, use only Hytera Intrinsically Safe (IS) certified batteries with Hytera DMR IS Radios.
