Each TechT V2 Bolt is precision-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and treated with an advanced triple-coating process designed to outperform standard bolt finishes. The bolt is first mirror-polished for an ultra-smooth surface, then anodized for corrosion resistance and durability. A PTFE (Teflon) coating is applied to minimize friction against internal o-rings, followed by a final layer of Tungsten Disulfide (WS₂), a NASA-developed dry lubricant used to reduce friction on high-speed moving components.
The result is a bolt that glides effortlessly through the OP Core system, reducing drag, improving air efficiency, and delivering a smoother shot cycle with reduced kick and sound signature.
The TechT Aluminum V2 Bolt also includes five soft bolt tip inserts, offering multiple tip styles that allow players to tune sound profile and firing characteristics. These soft tips help eliminate rollback in the breech while remaining extremely gentle on fragile paint, making this bolt ideal for tournament and high-end recreational play alike.
