The Magpul AFG-2 Angled Fore Grip delivers the same proven support-hand positioning benefits as the original AFG in a shorter, slimmer profile that takes up less rail space. It mounts to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny and NATO STANAG 4694 rails, giving compatible builds a compact forward grip point for improved control, recoil management, and faster target transitions.
The AFG-2 positions the support hand high on the centerline of the bore instead of using a conventional vertical grip angle. This helps create a more natural wrist angle while leaving more room for lights, rail covers, or other rail-mounted accessories.

Magpul lists the AFG-2 for MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny and NATO STANAG 4694 rails. Magpul recommends at least 3 inches of rail space. Do not assume compatibility with M-LOK, KeyMod, or other handguard slots without a compatible adapter or rail section.
