HR Tactical Innovations S63 Barrel-Insert Bore Sighter Setup Tool

Get your optic onto a useful starting point before spending First Strike Rounds on basic alignment. The HR Tactical Innovations S63 Barrel-Insert Bore Sighter Setup Tool uses a red laser to provide a coarse visual reference through a compatible S63 barrel system after the removable barrel insert has been taken out.

This tool is intended to reduce the number of FSRs needed to get onto paper, especially when installing a new optic or rebuilding a marker setup. It does not create a finished zero by itself because the laser travels in a straight line while a paintball or First Strike Round follows a curved trajectory.

Basic Setup

1. Unload and degas the marker, then confirm that no projectile remains in the breech or barrel.
2. Remove the S63 barrel insert.
3. Position the bore-sighting tool in the barrel in place of the insert.
4. Aim at a safe target at your intended setup distance and adjust the optic toward the laser reference.
5. Remove the tool, reinstall the correct S63 insert, and reassemble the marker.
6. Confirm and fine-tune the actual point of impact with First Strike Rounds before relying on the zero.

• Initial optic installation
• Getting back onto paper after changing optics or mounts
• Coarse alignment before confirming a practical 30 to 50-yard FSR zero
• Marker setups operating around the common 280 to 300 fps range

Important: This is an alignment and setup aid, not a live-fire zero. Final point of impact varies with marker velocity, barrel insert, ammunition, range, weather, and optic height. Always remove the tool and reinstall the barrel insert before firing. Never look directly into the laser or point it at a person.
