Advanced Energy Management for Ballistic Helmets
The HHV® Micro Lattice Impact Helmet Pads use engineered lattice geometry — manufactured through Carbon® Digital Light Synthesis™ (DLS) — to manage impact energy through structure, not foam compression.
Each pad is built from a precisely tuned lattice architecture designed to absorb and dissipate force consistently across extreme temperatures.
Tested from -60°F to 160°F, performance remains stable where conventional foams can stiffen or degrade.
When installed in our ATE ballistic helmet platform and evaluated under controlled 9mm impact testing (1400 fps), the system produced single-digit millimeter backface deformation (BFD) results.
