Our 2lb Charcoal Ester Foam Pad comes in 24" x 27" sizes at varying thicknesses. Charcoal ester foam is routinely used for pick 'n pluck case foam, and has a texture and density similar to what you'd find in your couch cushions.

When you receive your foam it will be the full height and slip right into the base of your case.
